Common Questions
What is a profile?
Your profile is how our Partners will search for educational and supportive resources. The information you provide is used to develop this.
Who has access to the profiles?
The profiles are listed on the web and are available to view. However, the general public will not have access to contact you.
When we establish a new partner in a country, we will provide them with the access code needed to contact you.
Who are the Partners that may be contacting me?
Our website lists our Partners with an overview of their vision.

Can I change my profile?
Yes. You may submit any changes to our support services at support@roadworkscollective.org
Will my personal cell or email be posted?
No. The system will offer you a private and secured line of communication
If I receive a request and am unable to accept it, what do I do?
We realize that schedules vary. If you receive a request you are unable to meet, you may decline.
What is the scheduling calendar?
This is a way for you to post your available times. It allows a potential partner to check your schedule and then click a time that works. We will provide you with an orientation to your system once your profile and ready to go live.
